How to use:

Damaged in transit? Free replacement or full refund. Record a video while opening the box and send it to us on WhatsApp (8592820965) within 48 hours of delivery.
Want a different piece or colour? Tell us when we send your idol's photos before dispatch.
After delivery: change of mind, size or colour can't be exchanged free, because this 67 cm idol travels as a large, heavy parcel both ways. If you'd still like to swap, the return and re-shipping charge is ₹1,200, and the idol must be unused in its original packing.

Before you order, please check two things:
- Size: Ensure that you actually measure your available space using a scale
- Colour: Screens show colours differently. Not sure? Ask us for daylight photos on WhatsApp.
Size and colour can't be exchanged free of charge once you've approved your idol's photos, so a minute here saves you time and money later.
If it arrives damaged
Please record a short video while opening the box. If anything is broken in transit, message us within 48 hours and we'll replace the idol or refund you in full.

Why we don't offer Cash on Delivery?
An idol isn't picked off a shelf and thrown in a box. Once you order, we choose your piece, send you its photos, and hold it for you. Then it goes out in a large, padded carton.
With cash on delivery, some orders get refused at the door. The idol then travels back across the country, and every extra trip is another chance for a crown or a flute to break. Those return costs would end up in everyone's price.
Prepaid parcels also move faster. Couriers give them priority over cash-on-delivery parcels, so your idol spends less time sitting in sorting hubs and less time being handled.
Paying in advance is what lets us keep delivery free and send every idol only once. You're still covered:
