I am from Mumbai and we ordered Krishna Idol from Arte house this April 2021 through courier. Although, I checked other Stores in Guruvayoor area, I found Pranav @ Arte house very friendly, helpful and prompt in response. He shared with us variety pics of idols with all sizes and decor. And with constant communication with him, we were able to choose the idol with a charming, smiling and beautiful swaroop for our home.As confirmed, we received the courier from Arte House within 4 days l, even though during the lockdown in Maharashtra. The idol was intact and packaged very well. Pranav was in touch and updated us on the courier developments.My family is very excited to welcome Guruvayurappan Idol at home and I am also very happy to share this experience and recommend Arte house for Krishna idol and other artefacts.
