Refund policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if:
An incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the images shared via WhatsApp or a wrong product is provided.
You receive the item in a completely damaged state.
We take utmost care to avoid a situation that may lead to a return. We will send you the actual photos of the product through Whatsapp (If the WhatsApp number is shared) before packing. You will be receiving the same product as shown to you on Whatsapp.
All the Dimensions are accurately shown on the website. Please measure the space where the idol is to be kept before ordering.
Therefore there won’t be any need for you to return the product. The only exception is when you receive the idol completely damaged. That is the only case when we accept returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
