Directions for Use
As Gel Pack: Apply a thick layer. Wash off with plain water or wipe off after 30min of absorption. No soap, No facewash
As moisturiser: After cleansing, apply on face & neck. Massage repeating 4 strokes - center to side of forehead, under eyes from nose to side of eyes, upward strokes on cheeks & upward strokes on neck. Massage till all gel is absorbed. For best results, use daly morning & night. Use facial oil on top for better nourishment or if there is peely feel. On Hair: Mix with castor oil & apply on scolp Massage well and keep for 30min. Shampoo off to get dandruff-free, healthy scalp & conditioned hair. Also prevents hair loss.
Caution: Some skin types may be allergic to raw aloe vera in the first few uses. Patch Test on neck before first use. Stop using it problem persists even after 3-4 uses.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if:
1) An incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the images shared via WhatsApp or a wrong product is provided.
2) You receive the item in a completely damaged state.
We take utmost care to avoid a situation that may lead to a return. We will send you the actual photos of the product through Whatsapp(If the WhatsApp number is shared) before packing. You will be receiving the exact same product as shown to you on Whatsapp.
Return Window: 14 days from Delivery Date
All the Dimensions are accurately shown on the website. Please ensure that you measure the space where the idol is to be kept before ordering.
Therefore there won’t be any need for you to return the product. The only exception is when you receive the idol in a completely damaged state. That is the only case when we accept returns.
We accept exchanges, but the customer has to bear the shipping charges.
4) WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE?
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing; please notify us IMMEDIATELY. In case the packing is damaged, instantly take a photo before unpacking. In most cases, the product inside would be safe. But, if the item is damaged, take photos for proof and immediately notify us. You may do so by:

Once we are convinced of the damage that occurred, we will be happy to replace any damaged product(s) depending on the availability of the ordered item(s). Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Remember that we might be shipping your order via multiple packages. Please do check with us to ensure that the product(s) you believe to be missing from your order is not being shipped to you via another package.

Once the Courier Team has picked up the order, the order cannot be canceled. If the order has not been picked up we will give you a complete refund.
